Family Guidance Centers, Inc seeks to support the behavioral health of individuals, families, and communities through our commitment to innovation, accountability, and compassionate care to facilitate positive, lasting change.Essential Duties:· Coordinate patient care with Methodist Hospital, Nurse Practitioner, FGC through a collaborative approach.· Provides PRS services to a full caseload, achieving a minimum of 20 billable hours weekly (can include telehealth modality).· Complete and maintain accurate records or reports regarding patients' histories and progress, services provided, or other required information.· Act as liaison with the MCO designated transportation companies.· Administer toxicology testing to new and current patients.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30am - 3:00pm)Work Location: Location: Thorek Hospital AndersonvillePay Rate: $19.23 with certification; $18.26 without certificationFamily Guidance Centers, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD).DCFS clearance required.Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity without regard for race, ethnicity , pregnancy, gender, protected veterans status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion.Experience and Skills:Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old.
