Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMAre you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment? We're hiring a dedicated Assembler to join a collaborative manufacturing team in Loveland, CO on a one-year contract.What You'll Do:
- Follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform basic assembly tasks using hand tools (experience is a plus).
- Accurately complete required documentation and maintain production records.
- Support a clean and safe work environment following company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality.
- Report and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Train new team members on equipment and procedures as needed.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently (required).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Understanding of GMP, FDA QSR, and ISO requirements preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper technique.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling of materials.
- Regular lifting, bending, and stretching.
- Comfortable working in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
