You will manage customer communication, requirements, and expectations throughout the product development lifecycle.Major Responsibilities:Design, develop, and validate new products and technologyEnsure that system features and deliverables are completed on time per Aptiv quality standardsFollow APTIV design standards, guidelines, best practices, procedures and policiesEnsure the logical and systematic transformation of requirements into a total system solutionContribute to requirement analysis, system architecture, and feature integration / verificationConvert customer requirements into product requirements and design specificationEnsure proper development, execution and verification across all engineering competenciesResponsible to lead technical discussions, design reviews and customer presentationsDevelop innovative and creative solutions to unique engineering challengesDrive process, procedure, and methodology improvements to optimize and continuously improve work efficiencyMust Haves (Basic Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Software engineering related field of study)Bilingual – proficient in English speaking/reading/writingInterpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities and a positive approach to challengeCross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven.
