Other duties may be assignedInspecting truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes and fluid levels.Driving in a safe and courteous manner.Ability to work aloneAbility to make decisions regarding different situationsMust have good communication skills.Must project professional image to internal and external customers.Must follow all D.O.T. rules and regulations.(i.e. weights)Must keep equipment clean and in working order.Must keep paperwork in order.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
