Our client, a leading manufacturer in Franklin, is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role focused on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain production and facility equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systemsPerform preventive maintenance (PMs) and document all work completedSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for efficiencyMaintain a clean, safe work environment while following all safety standardsAssist on other shifts and work overtime as neededQualifications:Technical diploma, journeyman card, or 5+ years of maintenance experienceStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsHydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge requiredAbility to adjust robot programs (training provided)Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental standardsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environmentForklift, scissor lift, or boom lift certification a plus (or ability to certify)Valid driver's licensePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pullingComfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and temperature changesShift/Compensation:Full-time position with overtime opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experiencePay Details: $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
