State: Florida (US-FL)The Role at a glance:We are looking for a skilled, motivated event bartender to join our Constellation team at our Florida Commissary in Miami, FL . As an event bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele.Compensation:$26 an hour.What you'll be doing:
  • Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
  • Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
  • Performing food service as needed.
  • Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
What we're looking for:Must-haves:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
  • A valid state bartending license.
  • Prior bartending experience.
  • Available on Saturday/Sunday a must
  • Willing to work holidays
  • Ability to climb stairs and stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Needs to be able to lift 40lbs.
