- Providing multi-disciplined program security support for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program
- Supporting all aspects of program security, including personnel and physical security, policy guidance and research, classification and material control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness, Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements, security education, and partnership with program management
- Developing creative security solutions to meet mission requirements
- Serving as the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin, as well as customer and subcontractor sites
- Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners
- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, presentation and analytical skills are required
- Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.Desired skills- Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, ICD 705
- Experience working DoD Special Programs or Industrial Security disciplines
- Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
