OverviewThe Client Experience Leader in Learning & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the client experience for our Private Client Services. This role focuses on developing strategies that align with Gallagher's commitment to delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a keen understanding of client needs and the ability to translate these into effective training initiatives.
How you'll make an impactTraining Program Development
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to enhance the client experience, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client service standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across various departments to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and reflective of best practices.
  • Utilize a variety of learning methodologies, including in-person workshops, virtual training sessions, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches, to engage diverse audiences.
  • Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, presentations, and interactive tools to support learning objectives.
  • Continuously innovate training delivery methods to maximize engagement and retention of knowledge.
  • Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Implement training solutions that address client needs and improve satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in enhancing client experience.
  • Work closely with Private Client teams to understand client expectations and service challenges.
  • Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and aligned with evolving client needs and industry standards.
  • Implement robust feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather input from trainees and stakeholders on the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Use feedback and performance data to refine training content, delivery methods, and overall strategy, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and development within the organization by promoting the value of ongoing training and professional growth.
  • Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and aligned with evolving client needs and industry standards.
  • Implement robust feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather input from trainees and stakeholders on the effectiveness of training programs.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive human resources experience in a training or organizational development capacity required.
  • Must have prior experience managing leadership development programs (Internship program experience desired).
  • Must have prior experience creating customized training content as well as facilitating training presentations to a wide variety of learners in an engaging, meaningful way.
Experience working in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry is desired. * CPLP Certification is desired.Possess strong project and process management skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations using both qualitative and quantitative factors. * Demonstrates superior PC skills with excellence in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.#APIntegration
