- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations
- Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying problems, recommending solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment, including order adjustments, confirmations, and scheduling for both dealers and individuals
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding returns, warranties, and exchanges while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Act as a key contact for product and technical questions, acquiring broad knowledge of company offerings and policies
- Contribute to the team by identifying sales opportunities and process improvements, and accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain workflow efficiency with attention to deadlines and customer satisfaction
- Support a high standard of internal communication and collaboration to enhance the overall customer experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in both phone and in-person roles
- 50+ WPM typing speed with strong computer, phone, and office technology skills
- Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a call center or similar high-volume environment preferred
- Passion or familiarity with powersports is a plus
