- Define and implement standards, processes, and tools for technical product ownership across teams.
- Develop and maintain metrics to evaluate tool performance, quality, and ROI.
- Align product strategy with business objectives and user needs.
- Lead the development of roadmaps and business cases for new tools and enhancements.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle: planning, requirements gathering, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
- Partner with engineering and digital teams to implement new technologies and resolve tool-related issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of technology solutions within budget constraints.
- Conduct ROI analysis to prioritize tool enhancements and feature development.
- Manage procurement of tools and services, ensuring cost-effective vendor relationships.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the tools portfolio.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure tool reliability and availability.
- Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the product ownership function.
- Education: BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 9+ years in Technical Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Operations.
- Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and procurement processes.
- Deep understanding of Agile development and process optimization.
- Expert-level knowledge of video streaming technologies and operational tooling.
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities; ability to manage complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
