The successful candidate will have a robust background in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning and natural language processing models, and familiarity with the latest advancements in general AI models.Required Skills & Qualifications(Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
7 years of experience in roles related to data science or similar fields
Strong understanding and exposure to new generation AI open-source models
5 years of programming experience in software development and Agile processes
5 years of Python (or equivalent) programming experience with ML/NLP models
Experience working with large structured and unstructured data sets
2 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale ML/NLP solutions
Preferred Skills & Qualifications(Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
Master’s degree in Computer Science/Data Science or a related technical field
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Highly motivated, proactive, and self-starting attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to navigate enterprise data assets across multiple functions
