- Min 5 years of experience, served as a liaison between the Business community and Customer IT Teams (i.e., Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.).
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst in analyzing raw data, and as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology, and any project management experience with PMP are a huge plus.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
- Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering.
- Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
- Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead and significantly contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and designing future-state business capabilities that leverage emerging technologies to achieve strategic organizational goals.
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Conduct comprehensive analysis of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and pain points, and design optimized, streamlined future-state processes. Lead efforts to implement reengineered processes, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Strategic Business Modeling: Develop and maintain robust business architecture artifacts, including current and future state business process models (using BPMN), data models, capability models, value streams, and organizational models. Utilize various modeling tools and notations to effectively communicate complex business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Definition: Collaborate extensively with senior leadership, business units, IT teams, and external partners to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements. Translate strategic objectives and user needs into actionable business and functional specifications that guide solution development.
- Bridge Business & IT: Act as a critical liaison, ensuring seamless communication and understanding between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Articulate business impacts of technical decisions and technical implications of business requirements.
