- Revenue Generation: Consistently deliver multimillion-dollar sales targets through new logo acquisition and enterprise-level solution sales.
- Market Expansion: Lead business development efforts in priority markets
- Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, business unit leaders) to influence and close large-scale deals.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop territory and account plans aligned to corporate growth goals; execute high-impact pursuit strategies.
- IT Services and Sales: Lead complex sales cycles for IT services (application development, cloud, digital transformation, managed services, etc.).
- Vertical Focus: Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for industries such as Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma/Biotech, and Telecom (preferred but not required).
- Collaboration: Partner with practice leaders and delivery teams to design solutions, create compelling proposals, and ensure successful client outcomes.
- Thought Leadership: Represent AgreeYa at client meetings, industry events, and executive forums as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
- Proven Business Development Expertise: 8+ years of direct business development experience in IT services and sales.
- Revenue Track Record: Demonstrated history of generating multimillion dollars annually .
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma/Biotech, or Telecom highly preferred.
- Executive-Level Sales Success: Consistent ability to sell into and influence C-, V-, and D-level executives at enterprise organizations.
- Consulting/IT Services Background: Experience in mid-sized and Tier-1 consulting or IT services firms.
- Quota Achievement: Consistent top-performer with a track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial & Competitive: Self-starter with strong drive, resilience, and ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional Communication: Superior presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Minimum 8 years of Business Development and sales experience .
- 10–15 years total professional experience preferred.
- Proven experience building new territories, expanding into new logos, and closing multimillion-dollar, multi-year engagements.
