Start Date: ASAPSeeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join their team on-site for a 6+-week contract engagement. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support for existing reports and dashboards, while also designing and delivering new, custom-built data models and visualizations. You’ll be working directly with business users and stakeholders, providing both technical expertise and customer-facing support. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and Crystal ReportsDesign, develop, and deploy new dashboards and custom reports based on user requirementsGather, document, and translate business intelligence needs into technical deliverablesConnect and integrate reports with a range of data sources including SQL Server, Oracle, SAP BW, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Aumentum Tax SystemUse DAX, Power BI Desktop, and Report Builder for data modeling and visual reportingEnsure reports meet usability, performance, and security standardsTrain and support end-users to maximize reporting tools ? Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience3–5 years of Power BI report development5+ years of experience with Crystal Reports, including report design, data structures, and maintenanceStrong proficiency with SQL and ability to write complex queriesExperience using DAX and Power QueryFamiliarity with SSRS, SSIS, or other BI tools is a plusComfortable working on-site with stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, troubleshooting, and end-user support skills ? Preferred/Bonus SkillsExperience with Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)Familiarity with Crystal Reports SDK for embedding reports in .NET/web applicationsUI/UX sensibility for building intuitive dashboardsCrystal Reports certification or relevant credentialsScripting or programming knowledge is a plus
