Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality services from arrival to departure, whilst contributing to the department's quantitative targets through sales efforts.
Promote hotel services and offerings, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to meet diverse guest needs.
Qualifications2 years experience at the same position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel chain, Speaks and write Mandarin language professionally, Diploma in hospitality, and also English speaking skills.He / She should have outgoing personality, Open mindedness, sense of service initiative, interpersonal skills, and very good team work.
