What You Will Be DoingYou will oversee personnel, keep an eye on manufacturing output, and make sure that the finished products live up to client demands for quality and specifications. Among the duties include ordering supplies, scheduling manufacturing, improving operational efficiency, and inventory management.What You Need for this Position
5+ years of experience in a fabrication/production environment, preferably with welding
2+ years of leadership experience
Knowledge of lean manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies
Six Sigma certification a plus!
