Construction Project Manager

- Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout;
- Develop detailed project scopes, cost estimates, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders;
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects to ensure project alignment;
- Lead regular project meetings, generate progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders;
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards;
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services;
- Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and project adherence;
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation; and
- Track project progress and resolve issues that may impact timelines or budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience);
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Construction Project Manager;
- Proven success managing commercial or residential construction projects;
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Buildertrend, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office;
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and local building codes;
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; and
- OSHA 10/30 certifications or equivalent safety credentials preferred.
