- Upholding exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to build lasting loyalty.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to inspire innovation and continuous improvement.
- Designing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new patrons and encourage repeat visits.
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- A demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding operational goals.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and overall management.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software, POS systems, and emerging technologies.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in our 24/7 hospitality world.
