Location: New York"• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Request, and CMDB.• Build and configure Service Catalog items, workflows, and custom forms to meet business requirements.• Integrate ServiceNow with external and internal on prem systems using REST and SOAP integrations.• Install and maintain mid servers.• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable JavaScript code including client scripts, business rules, script includes, and UI actions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and governance standards throughout development lifecycle.• Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and procedures.• Provide support for existing ServiceNow applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery."
