Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some evenings as needed
Location: Boulder, COJob Store Staffing is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a local nonprofit dedicated to helping youth and families from elementary through post-secondary. This is a temp-to-hire role offering the chance to make a direct impact on middle school students while growing into a long-term career.Responsibilities
- Plan and lead after-school, summer, and family programming.
- Provide case management and advocacy for 45+ middle school students and families.
- Coordinate tutoring, mentoring, enrichment activities, and career readiness opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, schools, and community partners.
- Manage program data, budgets, and reporting (Salesforce).
- Supervise interns, volunteers, and program staff.
- Attend school meetings (parent-teacher conferences, IEP, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years’ experience working with youth/families; nonprofit experience a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation; occasional evenings/weekends required.
