- Displaying and maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude towards all customers and stakeholders.
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding their orders in a professional manner.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via all communication channels: telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion.
- Escalating inquiries and requests, as necessary, to the appropriate department or individual to ensure all concerns are efficiently addressed and resolved.
- Collaborating with drivers, driver leads, coordinators, team leads, dispatch, call center managers, and account representatives to ensure the delivery standards are achieved with excellence.
- Initiating outbound correspondence or calls to provide follow-up information to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Actively participating in process improvement projects and supporting other team members and departments as assigned.
- Working independently or as a team to interface with customers, managers, and other employees to solve problems and provide excellent customer service
- Sitting or standing for the duration of the shift
- Some aspects of this job may be physically demanding- you may be expected to be on your feet to interact with customers
- You could be working in an office, warehouse, or field environment
