- Manage all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee all project activities, including procurement, subcontracts, and field operations.
- Manage and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit project reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong emphasis on highways and bridges.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
