Through evidence-based care, individualized treatment, and a strengths-focused approach, we help teens thrive.Your Impact: Clinical Director RoleWe are seeking a passionate, experienced Clinical Director to lead our 6-bed adolescent residential program in Danville, CA! This is a unique opportunity for a licensed clinician to drive clinical excellence, mentor a dynamic team, and make a real difference in the lives of young people.As Clinical Director, you’ll be the heart of our therapeutic team—ensuring top-tier care, supporting clinical staff, and guiding program development in alignment with Evolve’s values.What You'll DoClinical LeadershipOversee all clinical programming and maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and ethical practiceProvide clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians, fulfilling BBS supervision requirementsSupport family engagement by participating in client tours and collaborating on treatment planningEnsure our therapeutic approach remains evidence-based, behavioral, and aligned with Evolve’s missionLead weekly treatment team meetings and regular clinical trainingsReview clinical documentation to maintain licensing and quality standardsStep in for individual, group, or family therapy sessions as neededTeam Management & CultureSupervise and mentor Primary Therapists and collaborate closely with the Operations ManagerConduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development plansFoster a positive, team-oriented environment and facilitate quarterly team-building activitiesCommunicate key updates on policies, procedures, and clinical prioritiesEnsure smooth day-to-day operations that reflect Evolve’s therapeutic structure and schedulingRequired:LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC licensed in CaliforniaAbility to pass Live Scan and background clearanceStrong clinical judgment and leadership capabilitiesKnowledge of adolescent mental health, co-occurring disorders, and behavioral interventionsCultural humility and experience supporting diverse populations * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced treatment settingThis is a full-time, onsite position.Preferred:Experience working with adolescents in mental health or substance use treatmentPrior experience in clinical supervision or program managementWhy Evolve?Competitive compensation and sign-on bonusWork-life balance with supportive leadershipGrowth opportunities within a mission-driven organizationA warm, inclusive team culture that prioritizes compassion and quality care * The chance to be part of something bigger—changing lives every single dayBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off - We understand a healthy work/life balance is crucial for our success, so we maintain a flexible Paid Time Off policy.
