Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2Experience Required: 2–3 yearsResponsibilitiesThe Medical Assistant will support both the front and back office, including:Greeting and rooming patientsScheduling and answering phonesTaking vitals, drawing blood, and administering vaccinesProviding additional clinical support as neededMaintaining a collaborative relationship with the healthcare teamQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience (in addition to an externship)Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferredOccupational Health experience strongly preferredPhlebotomy/venipuncture and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience requiredStrong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and solid computer proficiencyCommitment to health education and outreach, with the drive to make a meaningful impact
