- California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or license pending)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Mobility: Ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry equipment or assist patients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using therapy tools and equipment
- Visual & Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively
- Flexibility: Adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments
