- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the internal customer survey platform in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead and manage a small technical team responsible for platform development, support, and maintenance across backend and frontend technologies.
- Provide technical leadership in managing Azure IaaS infrastructure, SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS package development, and front-end applications (.NET MVC and React).
- Oversee ETL processes and data workflows utilizing SSIS to integrate and process data from Snowflake and other sources.
- Manage vendor relationships for third-party messaging services (SMS), including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Evaluate emerging messaging technologies such as Rich Communication Services (RCS) and lead potential vendor transitions.
- Ensure platform compliance with AT&T’s internal systems, policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to survey data and messaging.
- Lead effort to monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvements to ensure a superior user experience.
- Lead effort to develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and support resources.
- Lead change management initiatives including user training, adoption strategies, and effective communication plans.
- Stay current with industry trends in cloud infrastructure, database technologies, frontend frameworks, survey platforms, and messaging solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster technical growth and collaborative success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably managing technical products or platforms.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in a SQL Server environment with proficiency in writing and reviewing complex SQL Queries.
- Solid understanding of Azure IaaS environments and Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including SSAS and SSIS, to effectively guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
- Awareness of front-end technologies such as .NET MVC and React to coordinate development efforts and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Demonstrated vendor management skills, including overseeing and evaluating technology partners
