In this role, you will focus on providing families and individuals with the protection they need through life and health insurance products. With a strong base salary plus high commission potential, this position is designed for a motivated producer who is goal-oriented and thrives on helping others.Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve a minimum of 5 life insurance sales per month
- Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers
- Conduct personalized needs-based reviews to match customers with the right products
- Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and exclusions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the community
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings
- Active Illinois Life & Health Insurance license (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Proven experience in life insurance sales
