- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across several HR functions that will:
- Drive process efficiency in areas of Payroll, Global Taxation, Leave & Pension Admin and Mobility
- Enhance the HR Service model to ensure consistent scope of work and efficiency
- Reimagine how HR delivers value through technology and tools
- Build and lead a high performing team of HR process transformation professionals
- Use data to drive smarter decisions
- Create governance frameworks that promote speed, accountability and sustainability
- Lead change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder engagement
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent/Change Management or HR Operations leadership and Program Management
- Strong experience in change management and organizational transformation
- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across various functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
