The Laboratory Team is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist who shares our mission: to work collaboratively to ensure quality results for every patient, every time.In this role, you will:Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all agesEnsure accuracy, compassion, and professionalism with every patient interactionWork primarily at our Holyoke Health Center location (230 Maple St., Holyoke, MA)Rotate to the main Medical Center as scheduledScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per weekMonday – Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentTwo years of hospital phlebotomy experience (including patient registration) or completion of an approved phlebotomy training programExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with computersReliable transportationWe’re Looking For Someone Who Has:A passion for serving the community through quality laboratory workA commitment to continuous learning and adapting to a growing test menuA collaborative spirit and willingness to share new ideasStrong multitasking skills and attention to detailA true teamwork mentalityAt Holyoke Medical Center, you’ll be part of a supportive laboratory team where your skills directly impact patient care and the health of our community.
