Mid-Level Investment Funds Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Investment Funds Associate to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm . This position is open to multiple office locations, including Austin, Atlanta, New York, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Palo Alto, and San Diego.Position SummaryThe firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Funds group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds .
