- WORKPLACE: In office.
- Open to discussing a possible hybrid schedule after training.
- PAY: Position can pay $70k - $95k, depending on experience.
- To qualify for $81k - $90k the qualified candidate must have a minimum five years, recent, experience working in an Independent Agency environment as an AM in Employee Benefits.
- To qualify for $90k+, the qualified candidate must have a minimum ten years, recent, experience working in an Independent Agency environment as an AM in Employee Benefits.

During 4th quarter, the agency buys lunch for the staff once a week.
(During 4th quarter to early January, the agency is very busy so it is hard to approve time off during this time.)

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Will be responsible for managing groups of 10 - 75 lives.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through clear communication and smart strategies.
Tackle challenges head-on, offering creative, effective solutions before they become problems.
Work with carriers, TPAs, and vendors to ensure clients get the best possible service.
Help clients define and achieve their long-term benefits goals while staying compliant.
Lead client meetings, conduct open enrollment webinars, and make benefits easy to understand.
Manage the renewal process, anticipate concerns, and keep everything running smoothly.
Collaborate with Benefit Advocates, HR teams, and brokers to deliver outstanding service.
Provide training to HR personnel and help employees understand their benefits options.
Identify opportunities to enhance client benefits packages with additional options.Requirements:
The qualified candidate must have five years recent experience working with Employee Benefits (experience in HR environment will be considered).
Must have a Bachelors Degree.
Must hold an active CA Life/Health license OR be open to obtaining a license within 2 3 months of hire.
Deep knowledge of benefits for groups with 25+ employees and current industry regulations.
Bilingual Spanish a plus!
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to break down Medical, RX and Ancillary products into actionable insights.
Organized, detail-oriented, a team-player and proactive.
Must be able to multi-task and juggle priorities with ease.
