The Clinicals Product Delivery team drives alignment and operational efficiencies across the organization to deliver exceptional value to our customers. By collaborating internally with cross-functional partners, the team ensures that clinical solutions meet evolving customer needs, improve usability, and support better patient care outcomes. This role supports the team’s mission to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Support customer issues and requests submitted to our queuesAssist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communications to support team and organizational initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goalsCommunicate effectively to provide clear updates and documentationApply creative problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve challenges impacting delivery of Clinicals functionalityWork independently to manage assigned tasks while contributing collaboratively to team objectivesAssist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform support process scalabilitySupport training and onboarding efforts for new team members by contributing to collateral and resource maintenanceEngage in additional projects/initiatives as neededEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare preferredEffective project management skills and ability to prioritize and support competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCreative problem-solving aptitude with attention to detailEfficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbout athenahealthOur vision: In an industry that becomes more complex by the day, we stand for simplicity.
