Offering customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.How you'll contributeAs a Clinical Liaison, you will serve as a vital connection between referring facilities, patients, families, and our rehabilitation services. In this role, you will assess patients for clinical appropriateness and coordinate the pre-admission process, often performing on-site evaluations at referring hospitals or care facilities. You will educate patients and families about rehabilitation options and expectations and collaborate closely with external case managers and discharge planners to facilitate smooth transitions of care. The ideal candidate will hold a clinical license (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, or Respiratory Therapist), have strong clinical assessment skills, and preferably possess a background in marketing or sales.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. - Clinical Licensure as a RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, or Respiratory Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited program culminating in an Associate's degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems
- Marketing and sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
