
Senior Product Manager - CLM Document Experiences

- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years related experience with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in product management for enterprise cloud/SaaS product/service
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
- Direct experience using Agile methodologies (ex. SCRUM)
- Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products
- Professional experience in a client/customer facing role
- Comfortable working across an array of technical subjects and projects
- Background in sales or procurement contracting a plus
- Familiar with CLM a strong plus
- Experience delivering cloud native solutions at scale a plus
- Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy both for strategy and execution
- Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
