- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the SSO product, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams to deliver on customer outcomes, not just features
- Work with partners, including customers, sales, and support teams, to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs. Produce concise case documents, presentations, and product requirements documents (PRD) to enable effective product investment decisions.
- Partner with security teams to ensure the SSO product adheres to industry standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and follows regulations like GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in IAM.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption, create go-to-market strategies, and support customer onboarding.
- Define and track metrics to measure the success of the SSO product, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback shapes the product's evolution.
- 3+ years of product management experience, relevant experience in IT security and an understanding of the problems identity administrators and security professionals face, either by direct work experience or by building products focused in security and identity management.
- Expertise in SSO protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), authentication workflows, and cloud-based architectures.
- Consistent track record interpreting data to analyze customer needs and market trends in the Identity and Access Management domain, translating findings into actionable product priorities and roadmap deliverables.
- Experience using data to inform decision-making, including proficiency with analytics tools, ability to write data queries, and defining and tracking product metrics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence customers without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Product marketing management or sales enablement experience.
