Line Tech 2nd shift (4pm-12am)

• Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion line machinery.
• Execute temperature profile adjustments, start-up/shutdown procedures, and resin changeovers.
• Follow technical instructions and blueprints to achieve dimensional accuracy.

• Install and adjust extrusion heads, dies, pins, sizing sleeves, screens, and screws.
• Visually check extruded parts for defects.
• Measure parts using vernier calipers, tape measure, and Go/No Go rods.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
• Mix raw materials and feed extrusion machinery and containers.
• Train and guide machine tenders as needed.
• Detect flaws in raw materials and manage mechanical or material modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production set?ups, line speeds, and statistical process control charts.
• Complete required production data sheets and inspection reports.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and write and follow detailed procedures.
• Stand for the duration of the shift.
• Lift material or cartons from floor (up to 40 lbs.).
• Use both hands to operate tools (e.g. air gun, loading board).
• Visually inspect parts for defects.
