- Assist with the organization and planning of the annual short-term and long-term performance incentive and sales bonus programs, prepare eligibility and goal documents, educate team members of plan changes, compile metrics and prepare awards for payroll processing.
- Manage salary structures, market survey participation, and market data technology tools.
- Recommend and maintain compensation structures and solutions that enable the organization to successfully compete in the labor marketplace.
- Evaluate and recommend job grades based on position description, market data, and internal comparison
- Complete benchmarking analyses by participating in and gathering data from salary surveys, assessing the organization’s market position and developing recommended adjustments to align compensation programs with organizational objectives and total rewards strategy in preparation for annual budget cycle.
- Partner with the HRIS team to develop and analyze metrics to track compensation plan performance; project future payouts and communicate important trends and measures to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related experience preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven years in Human Resources supporting compensation.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
