- Operate machinery, equipment and use tools when necessary
- Communicate production needs with team members
- Ensure Operators have all materials needed to do their job
- Assist Operators with machine issues
- Train, adhere to and enforce all safety rules and company policies
- Assist with coaching employees
- High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Prior manufacturing lead experience strongly preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook email preferred
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written)
- Experience driving a sit down forklift and 24 foot box truck preferred
- Must be able to work Saturdays and holidays
