
HR Business Partner Director - Hybrid

- Lead the organization's human capital objectives by working closely with all HR representatives and collaborating with organization leaders to provide HR guidance to support department and functional objectives.
- Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification on HR inquiries.
- Work closely with management and employees to support organizational changes while maintaining a productive work environment and maintaining employee retention and engagement.
- Support current and future business objectives by developing HR plan and ensuring employees are informed, engaged and able to adapt to new situations.
- Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Assess training needs, to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Suggest and develop new HR strategies as needed.
- Manage/participate in special projects/programs requiring stakeholder input, as needed.
- Escalate issues that need SVP of HR's or General Council review/approval
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required, degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business preferred. In lieu of a degree equivalent work-related experience will be considered.
- Seven (7) years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with (4) years of experience as a strategic business partner, leading HR projects and implementing change effectively.
- Ability to solves complex problems and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to build trust
- Strong understanding of HR analytics to drive change or help with decision making
- Ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities and a constantly changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member
