Known for their integrated approach, the firm blends engineering and architectural expertise to create attractive, efficient, and functional buildings across the East Coast and Midwest.This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated architectural professional to take on a key design role, working on a diverse range of projects from concept through detailed documentation. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that engages regularly with internal departments and external consultants to develop code-compliant, buildable, and aesthetically driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with the Director of Architecture and Project Directors on active concept and design initiativesLead and contribute to the creation of architectural documentation from schematic design through construction detailingDevelop code analyses and ensure designs meet all applicable codes and regulatory standardsMentor and guide less experienced design staff, fostering team growth and collaborationPropose creative, buildable solutions to design and construction challengesCoordinate effectively with external MEP/FP consultants and structural engineersParticipate in internal design reviews, and contribute to the refinement of architectural standards and Revit templatesEnsure quality control of all architectural drawings and adherence to office documentation proceduresSupport submittal responses, RFI processing, and shop drawing reviewParticipate in construction site visits and assist in documenting field conditionsAssist with marketing efforts including concept design, visuals, and renderings for proposalsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience with 8+ years in commercial/industrial design)Strong understanding of building codes, systems, and construction methodsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with commercial or industrial project types is requiredExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesExperience working cross-functionally with sales, estimating, and construction teams is a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $100,000 – $120,000/year (commensurate with experience)401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife and accident insurance coveragePaid time off (PTO) and flexible schedulingTuition reimbursement for continuing educationOpportunity to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative, growing firm
