A collaborative architecture firm in North Georgia is seeking an experienced Architect with strong project management skills to help deliver high-impact designs across a variety of sectorsfrom pediatric and veterinary clinics to multi-family, commercial, and government projects.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a full-service design environment, enjoys working across all phases of a project, and wants to step into a team that values both autonomy and collaboration.
What Youll Do
Youll take charge of projects from concept through construction, working closely with principal architects and clients. This role isnt about handing off your workits about owning it, with support from a team thats deeply involved in every step.Your responsibilities:Lead architectural design and project delivery from planning to closeoutProduce high-quality documentation using RevitCoordinate with internal team and external consultantsPerform site analysis, feasibility studies, and budgeting supportManage construction administration, including submittals, site visits, and payment approvalsDeliver organized client hand-offs, system training, and certification closeout packages
Requirements
Must-Have:Minimum 4 years of architectural design experienceRevit proficiency is essentialProven experience managing projects across all phases of design and constructionStrong communication and coordination skillsPreferred:Experience in medical, veterinary/animal health, multi-family, commercial, or restaurant/food service projectsAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
