  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to allocate resources and address project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Train and mentor electrical technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
  • Perform quality control inspections to verify work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in electrical construction, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in electrical tools and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
