· Manage, coach, and develop Logistics Specialists utilizing available training programs, informal (e.g. on-floor coaching) and formal (e.g. written evaluation) job performance based feedback.
· Generate and communicate highly accurate, accessible inventory metrics reporting to Stakeholders
·Develop and implement consistent metrics to gauge employee performance.
· Train hourly associates in required department processes.
· Creatively resolve problems and make department impacting decisions in a highly ambiguous environment
· Run stock level reports and analyze results; optimize on-hand stock levels in effort to decrease cost-to-serve and increase efficiency of stock holdings.
· Set and monitor inventory levels of stock rooms to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities.
· Work closely with the logistics purchasing team to ensure cluster level stock is kept at appropriate levels.
·Design, assess, and implement new strategies and initiatives to continuously exceed Customer expectations.

- 3+ years collecting data and reporting against key performance metrics.
- 3+ years in inventory control and/or Inventory Management Systems (IMS/WMS)
- 5+ years in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or abovePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions & drive results.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide effective feedback that will develop your teams
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, follow-up, multi-tasking and conflict resolution.
- Lean Certification
- Six Sigma belt
- Experience with BI Analytics
