CNC Mill/Lathe Setup & Operators 2nd Shift

• Experienced with Fanuc G Code and similar machines
• Able to load programs, indicate vices and fixtures, load tools, and set them
• Test run programs using Single block, and make minor edits (such as tool offsets, cutter comp, etc.).
• Setup persons will also expect to be operators when no setup is needed
• Tend machines by loading, unloading parts, cleaning parts, and machine
• Ensure coolant and tools remain fresh and the work area remains clean.
• May be expected to tend to more than one machine and may operate different machines day to day.
