- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, driving the successful delivery of enterprise solutions using the ServiceNow platform and other technologies.
- Define and implement strategic roadmaps in collaboration with technical leadership and product collaborators.
- Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring efficient performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop guidelines, standards, and frameworks to support ongoing improvement and improve collaborator experience.
- Coordinate project prioritization, goal achievement, and allocation of resources to ensure effective delivery of organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of SDLC, implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
- Foster strong multi-functional collaboration with senior leadership, business units, and technology partners to align technology strategies and initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring team growth and technical excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience leading software development teams using agile methodologies.
- Expert-level proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 3 years of direct experience in a Service Delivery team environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex software implementation projects.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic problem solver who can implement and deliver comprehensive roadmaps that drive organizational value.
- Certified Scrum Master or similar agile certifications.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, etc.).
- Technical experience across multiple technology stacks and programming languages (Java, PHP, React, Node.js, etc.).
- Knowledge of AWS or other public cloud.
