- Sales and Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ proven success in the data analytics field, with a strong track record of driving performance and accountability in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong understanding of excel and typical ERP systems and programs that can generate data
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ability to think critically, identify patterns and solve problems using data
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Gather, process and analyze data to identify market, product, demographic, geographic and psychographic trends
- Format data into clear, concise reports and visualizations
- Support with Price Management
- Design, maintain and optimize database and business systems to generate accurate and meaningful data
- Cross department support to identify trends, issues and needs through effective data
- Support Australia with Data Analysis as applicable
- Utilize ERP, CRM and other business systems to generate data to identify trends relating to sales, operations, marketing and finance
- Identify areas where Kattsafe can accurately capture necessary data to provide additional data insights and market trends
- Create reports and dashboards for various departments to provide visual clarity and consistent reporting of data as necessary
- Use analytical skills to identify and solve business problems and develop predictive models to forecast future outcomes.
- Support with the management of product pricing to ensure maximum profitability whilst maintaining a competitive balance
- Leverage tools and techniques to support with price management, leading to increased profitability and a competitive edge.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.
- Partner with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Develop scripts and workflows to automate data collection and processing tasks.
