- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Operational Training Specialists and Coordinators, ensuring effective execution of training programs and ongoing professional growth.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify skill gaps, assess organizational needs, and design tailored learning solutions that support business priorities.
- Develop, implement, and scale complex, cross-functional training programs across multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning, micro-learning, and remote or in-person formats.
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, metrics, and ROI analyses, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and resource allocation.
- Support integration of learning initiatives with operational priorities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate program strategies, updates, and results to organizational leaders, influencing adoption and alignment across the business.
- Stay current on industry trends in learning, development, and adult education to ensure programs remain relevant, inclusive, and engaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field; professional coaching or leadership development certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in human resources, learning & development, operations, or related fields.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, including leading remote teams.
- Proven expertise in performance consulting, leadership development, and change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with resourcefulness and the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.
- Knowledge of talent processes, succession planning, and leadership assessments.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on team and project needs.
- Demonstrated ability to align learning strategies with operational goals and drive measurable impact.
- Competitive base salary range: $98,200 – $151,360, with variations based on location and experience.
