- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Represent the Lumen brand with enthusiasm, integrity, and strong product knowledge
- Stay informed on current internet offerings, promotions, and industry trends
- Work closely with team members and managers to support campaign efforts and maximize sales performance
