
Data Analytics and AI Business Development Manager

- Proactively generate new business opportunities for data warehouse, analytics, integration (iPaaS), and AI readiness solutions.
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders (CIO, CFO, COO, VP of Ops, Data Leaders) to uncover and shape business needs.
- Qualify leads, lead solutioning discussions, and manage deals through the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to close.
- Partner closely with internal delivery teams (Data & AI, Integration, and IT Consulting) to align solution strategy with business value.
- Collaborate with key vendor/channel partners to drive joint go-to-market motions and source referrals.
- Represent Eide Bailly at industry events, partner showcases, client webinars, and demand generation campaigns.
- Maintain CRM discipline for tracking pipeline health, opportunity stages, forecast accuracy, and lead quality.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of consultative sales or business development experience, preferably in analytics, AI, cloud integration, or digital transformation.
- You understand data architectures, ETL/integration platforms, and AI-enabling technologies such as Snowflake, Azure, Boomi, Workato, Power BI, or similar.
- You’re skilled in executive-level conversations and building credibility with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers.
- You’ve partnered with technology vendors and understand co-selling/channel motions—previous alliance experience is a plus.
- You’ve worked in a professional services or LLP environment—or you’re confident navigating a relationship- and service-driven sales model.
- You are proactive, organized, and thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative selling environment.
- You are comfortable with periodic travel (client meetings, partner events, firm conferences).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric)
- Exposure to iPaaS tools (Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services)
- Understanding of generative AI or machine learning use cases for business
- Experience building account plans and working cross-functionally with consulting teams
