- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage Trimble subscriptions, process renewals of protection plans, and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
- Support the marketing and sales teams with customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using internal systems.
- Utilize Power BI to assist with data analysis, reporting, and insights to improve customer retention and sales performance.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and event coordination.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong teamwork background; experience as an NCAA or college club/team sport athlete is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relative familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting or willingness to learn.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond.
